  • Seamlessly stepped in for a colleague on maternity leave, effectively managing and advancing the company's social media growth across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, and X. Reported to the Head of Brand and VP of Marketing. Worked with the Head of Design and led a social media manager.

  • Led the production and creative direction of in house brand content turning Wondermind’s article content into sharable memes, tweet posts, educational carousels and relatable videos. The content garnered upwards of 4 million impressions and 40,000 likes leading to over 1.2 million site visits and thousands of newsletter subscriptions.

  • Designed a Notion Template and optimized workflows, organizing content ideas, posting calendar, and KPIs that significantly increased team productivity, efficiency, and ability to make data backed decisions.

  • Collaborated cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, and paid social teams to develop compelling social assets for high-value partnerships, including Powerade, Asics, Merit Beauty, Green Chef, Hinge, and more.

  • Identified and secured big-name influencers for paid and organic collaborations, notably including our Co-Founder Selena Gomez, NFL Defensive Lineman Solomon Thomas, Singer Rachel Platten, Actor Ashley Judd, and other esteemed licensed therapists.

  • Led the creative direction and execution of event content videography and photography including live at SXSW, Happy Medium and virtual event promotion for our Lonely Together Workshop Series.

  • ...Kendall stepped in when my colleague was on mat leave and what an asset to the team she was. Specifically surrounding our first brand engagement at SXSW, Kendall stepped up to the plate in every way, from renting a camera from a local film shop so we can have hi-res photography in real time, creating an in-depth and integrated social media strategy, jumping in with our co-founders to produce and share real-time social media videos for Instagram and TikTok, and managing the post-production process of the video edit for YouTube. This was at the very beginning of her working with us, and I was so impressed."
